Chromebook/Google Software Glitch

Dear Parents and Guardians:

We want you to be aware that Google has been having issues across the state with the program dropping students from Google Meet, showing error codes, and screens going dark. Google has been notified and is working on the problem.

Should this happen with your child’s Chromebook, you can contact the school to make them aware for attendance purposes. The problem is not with the Chromebook. Our technology department recommends that students shut down their Chromebook and try logging in again.  If this does not immediately remedy the issue, they should try again at a later time and continue to do so until the problem is resolved.
