Sexual Harassment/Title IX Policies
In light of a recent court decision, recent Presidential Executive Orders, and the subsequent revocation of the 2024 Title IX regulations, the District’s Title IX policy, which had been adopted in 2024, has been rescinded. The District will rely upon the 2020 Title IX regulations in making its decisions, along with a draft of a policy based upon the 2020 Title IX regulations; the draft policy will be subject to review and approval by the Board of Education.
