Final WMS Culinary Chopped Competition Is a Sweet Treat
It was another delicious Woodbury Middle School Chopped competition – Desserts edition. With today's half-day schedule and shortened class time, this 7th-grade class didn’t miss a beat, and the Region 14 Vision of a Learner attributes were on display.
Students adjusted recipes and communicated and collaborated well with their teams to bring judges an amazing array of sweet treats. And on a particularly hot day, one group’s homemade ice cream was a wonderful surprise for the judges! Well done to the students in WMS Culinary and teacher Mike Hadoulis as they wrapped up their trimester of cooking with this popular in-school competition.
