Fire Safety Day at MES for PreK - Second-Grade Students

Thank you to Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department for coming to Mitchell Elementary School for a terrific Fire Safety Day program for the PreK – second-grade students this morning.

Students had a great time with Fire Chief Janet Morgan and Firefighter Matt Daly who showed them the truck and firefighting gear, a stop-drop-and-roll demonstration, and handed out some hats and cool safety items they can use for Halloween.
